Work process board

Select new and then click size that you want.

Created the page

 and then click open.

Pick up the picture that you want and then you can control the picture's size.

Like this way you can make work board.

I used ruler. It is quite useful to set the gap. 

And I wrote title in the top of the board.

Also I used rounded shape tool and I made small two dots.

It represent my main colour of work.
